The inquiry form asks for your name, email, the service you need, and a message. You may also provide a business name and website address. We use that information to answer the inquiry and discuss the requested work. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through this form.
Where inquiries go
Inquiry notifications are sent to the ShinerOps mailbox using Brevo, our email provider. We also store a private copy in WordPress so that a notification failure does not lose the inquiry. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Project correspondence
After signup, projects receive a dedicated AgentMail email address. Project information and correspondence may be processed by the AI services used to deliver the agreed website work. Share only the information needed for the job; credential access is arranged separately.
Security and site operation
The site uses Bluehost hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated form submissions. Those providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request data. The server also keeps operational and security logs. The website checklist runs in your browser and does not submit your answers.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics through MonsterInsights to understand which pages people visit and how the site is used. Google Analytics can use cookies and technical information about your browser, device, and visit. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. Retention and requests
Private form copies are kept for up to 90 days before being moved to WordPress trash. Correspondence in our mailbox and records relating to a project may be kept longer to handle the inquiry, provide the service, and maintain business records. Contact hello@shinerops.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.
